How it works

Send the project details and your contact information.
Our Broker of Record reviews the project and confirms the builder's written marketing authorization (a co-operating or marketing agreement with LSG Realty Inc., Brokerage).
Once approved, the project appears on our new construction page and map, labelled “Pre-construction (marketed by LSG Realty)” with the builder named.

Nothing is published until it is approved. Renderings are shown as artist's concept; prices and terms are shown as subject to change, and only as the builder provides them.
